Objective To investigate the level of IL6, IL8 and TNF SymbolaA@ 6, IL8 and TNF SymbolaA@ intracranial infection during 17 days and 714 days after neurosurgery operation. Results The CSF concentrations of IL6, IL8 and TNF SymbolaA@ intracranial infection during 17days and 714 days after neurosurgery operation, especially in 17 days. There was statistical difference of IL6, IL8 and TNF SymbolaA@ 7days. Conclusion Combined with clinical symptoms, the detection of IL6, IL8 and TNF SymbolaA@ may be served to prove the diagnostic value and accuracy in patients with intracranial infection after neurosurgery operation
