Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and Cystain C (Cys C) in pregnant hypertension.Methods The serum homocysteine, Cystain C and urine retinol binding protein in pregnant hypertension and healthy controls were detected. Results The serum homocysteine, Cystain C and urine retinol binding protein in pregnant hypertension in gestational hypertension patients were significantly higher than that of controls (P＜ 0.01). Conclusion The detection of serum homocysteine, Cystain C and urine retinol binding protein have important value in the early diagnosis and monitoring conditions of gestational hypertension patients.
