Objective To explore the value of urine β2-MG detection in early renal damage of H type hypertension. Methods The serum Hcy and urine β2-MG in 67 case of H type hypertension patients were detected with enzymatic cycling method and radio immunoassay. Results The serum Hcy and urine β2-MG in H type hypertension patients were significantly increased (P＜0.01). Conclusion The detection of urine β2-MG has important value in diagnosis of early renal damage with H type hypertension.
