Abstract

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and alprostail in the treatment of the late-stage severe hepatitis with hepatorenal syndrome. Methods 200 cases of patients with late-stage severe hepatitis with hepatorenal syndrome were divided into two groups randomly, which were control group (receiving the treatment of alprostail) and research group (receiving the treatment of CRRT and alprostail). Each group had 60 cases and the course of the treatment was both 3 weeks. All patients were received the common medical treatment. The indexes of clinical efficacy, hepatic and renal functions, and occurrences of adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results Compared to control group, the indexes of total effective rate and significant efficiency rate in research group were higher (P<0.05), but the ineffective rate in research group were lower (P<0.05). Compared to control group, the indexes of hepatic and renal functions in research group were better (P<0.05). There was no significantly difference on occurrences of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of CRRT and alprostail to patients with late-stage severe hepatitis with hepatorenal syndrome might be perfect and the adverse reactions are no augment.
