Objective To explore the clinical value of CT-guided 125I-seeds implantation for the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 20 cases of patients diagnosed with lung cancer were randomly divided into 125I-seeds implantation treatment group (Group A, 10 cases) and control group (Group B, 10 cases treated with drug perfusion). Results The total treatment effective rate in treatment group and control group were 82.3% and 52.6%, respectively. There was statistically difference between two groups. Conclusion The efficacy of CT-guided 125I seeds treatment for lung cancer was significantly better than the control group. The CT-guided 125I seeds implantation may play an important role in the treatment of lung cancer
