Objective To verify the reference intervals for ALT, AST, ALP and GGT by using native reagent. Methods The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and γ-glutamyltansferase (GGT) in 107 healthy individuals (35 males and 72 females) aged from 20 to 62 years were detected. The results were compared with national standard to verify the reference intervals. Results The reference intervals were consistent with WS. Conclusion The WS reference intervals with Gcell reagent could be directly used in clinical laboratory.
