Objective To explore the comparability of β-HCG detection results by two analyzers. Methods The serum β-HCG levels were detected by ABBOTT Architect i1000 and SIEMENS Dimension XPand analyzer. The results were compared by referring to the document of NCCLS EP9-A2. Results The testing results of serum β-HCG by two different analyzers were linear correlation (r>0．975)．Their anticipated biases were within accepted biases (20%)．Conclusion The two analyzers could be used for detection of serum β-HCG with clinical acceptance.
