Abstract

Objective To evaluate the adverse drug reactions by antibiotic in the past 10 years. Methods We retrospectively investigated the adverse reaction of antibiotic during the past 10 years. Results 222 cases were involved in our study. Intravenous drug most likely to be cited adverse reactions, the rate was 98.2%, the rate of Cephalosporins is 31.5%, adverse reaction involving various systems, performance varied, usually happened within 24 hours after administration. Conclusion Adverse reactions occurred in the performance of various antibiotics, most commonly within 24 hours after administration, clinical prevention should be payed attention to.
