Abstract

Abstract: Objective To explore the association between polymorphisms of CCR2, CCL5, CCR5 and CCL1 genes and susceptibility of tuberculosis (TB) in Chinese Han Children. Methods 353 TB children and 400 healthy controls were collected in case-control study and MassARRAY was used for genotyping. Results After analysis of alleles, genotypes and haplotypes of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of CCR2, CCL5, CCR5 and CCL1 genes, no statistical significance of distribution analysis of SNPs was found in TB group and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion SNPs of CCR2, CCL5, CCR5 and CCL1 genes were not associated with TB in Chinese Han Children.
