Abstract：In recent years, with the development of SPECT/CT fusion imaging, the value of 99Tcm-MIBI used tumor imaging agent in diagnosis of intracranial lesions was highly recognized. This paper introduced the imaging mechanism of 99Tcm-MIBI, explored the clinical application value of 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT fusion imaging in the intracranial space-occupying lesion, and also compared with Multi modality imaging technology to analysis their differences.
