目的调查峰峰矿区健康体检人群的血清尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(HUA)的发病率。方法应用全自动生化分析仪对峰峰矿区9113名健康体检人群进行血清尿酸水平测定。结果血清尿酸平均水平:男为348.20±81.12μmol/L，女为256.85±61.71μmol/L，男女间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。HUA的发病率:男为21.92%，女为10.61%，男女合计为32.53%，男女间的发病率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论峰峰矿区成人血清尿酸水平和HUA的发病率增高，并且呈年轻化趋势。建议人们应增强健康意识，合理膳食，改变不良生活方式，减少HUA的发病率。

Objective To survey the serum uric acid level and the hyperuricemia (HUA) incidence rate of physical examination crowd in Fengfeng mining area. Methods The serum uric acid levels in 9113 cases of physical examination crowd in Fengfeng mining area were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The average serum uric acid levels for male and female were 348.20±81.12 and 256.85±61.71μmol/L, respectively (P＜ 0.01). The incidence rate of HUA for male and female were 21.92% and 10.61% respectively (P＜ 0.05). The total incidence rate of HUA for male and female was 32.53%. Conclusion The serum uric acid levels and incidence rates of HUA were increasing with a younger tendency. People should enhance the health consciousness with rational diet and changing the bad way of life to reduce the incidence of HUA.
