摘要

目的探讨尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)对H型高血压早期肾损害诊断的意义。方法对67例H型高血压患者(男36例,女31例),用循环酶法和放射免疫法检测血清Hcy、尿β2-MG的含量。结果H型高血压患者β2-MG明显升高(P<0.01)。结论检测尿β2-MG对H型高血压早期肾损害的诊断及治疗有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of urine β2-MG detection in early renal damage of H type hypertension. Methods The serum Hcy and urine β2-MG in 67 case of H type hypertension patients were detected with enzymatic cycling method and radio immunoassay. Results The serum Hcy and urine β2-MG in H type hypertension patients were significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion The detection of urine β2-MG has important value in diagnosis of early renal damage with H type hypertension.
