摘要：目的 探讨骨质疏松症患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平检测的临床意义。方法 对128例低骨量和骨质疏松患者进行血清同型半胱氨酸水平检测，并与72名健康对照组进行比较,同时对低骨量和骨质疏松患者的血清同型半胱氨酸水平进行比较。结果 128例低骨量和骨质疏松患者血清同型半胱升高者117例，异常检出率达91.4%，明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 血清同型半胱氨酸检测对骨质疏松的诊断具有临床意义，可以作为骨质疏松检测的辅助指标。

Abstract: 0bjective To explore the clinical significance of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with osteoporosis. Methods 128 cases of osteoporosis patients and 72 healthy people as controls were involved in this study. The serum Hcy levels in patients and healthy controls were detected and the results were analyzed. Results The serum Hcy levels in patients with osteoporosis were significantly higher than that of healthy controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of serum Hcy have an important clinical valve and could be used as an auxiliary index in the diagnosis of patients with osteoporosis.
