摘要：目的 探讨厄贝沙坦对2型糖尿病模型大鼠心肌TGF-β1和CTGF表达的影响。方法 对正常大鼠、糖尿病大鼠和厄贝沙坦给药的糖尿病大鼠进行体重、心脏重量指数、血糖和胰岛素的测定和比较，分析其心肌组织中TGF-β1和CTGF的表达。结果 两组动物3个月和6个月的体重、心脏重量指数、血糖和胰岛素表达的差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。厄贝沙坦能够降低干预组TGF-β1和CTGF的表达，且差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 厄贝沙坦对2型糖尿病模型大鼠的心肌组织具有一定的保护作用，值得进一步的探讨和研究。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of irbesartan on the expression of myocardial TGF-β1 and CTGF in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods The blood glucose，insulin, body weight, and heart weight index in type 2 diabetic rats and healthy controls were determined. The expression of myocardium TGF- beta 1 and CTGF in type 2 diabetic rats after treated with irbesartan were analyzed Results There were significantly difference on body weight, heart weight index, blood glucose and insulin between type 2 diabetic rats with and without irbesartan treatment (P < 0.05). The expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF in type 2 diabetic rats with irbesartan intervention were statistical lower that of without irbesartan intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan could have a protective effect on myocardial tissue of type 2 diabetic rats, and it is worth for further study.
