摘要：目的 评价血清CA724鉴别诊断胃癌与胃良性疾病的价值。方法 检索中文数据库（含万方、维普、中国知网），检索时间为2012~2014年发表的中文文献，收集关于检测血清CA724诊断胃癌的相关文献，进行信息统计和科学性评估；采用meta-Disc1.4软件进行数据分析；通过汇总敏感度、特异度、汇总似然比及汇总受试者工作特征曲线(SROC曲线)等统计指标综合评价检测血清CA724对胃癌的鉴别诊断价值。结果 共纳入9个研究包括2048例研究对象，所有样本均行组织病理学检查，其中确诊为胃癌的样本量为1126。汇总的敏感度和特异度分别为42%(39%~45%)和94%(92%~95%)；合并受试者工作特征曲线(SROC)的曲线下面积为0.8769(0.7256~1)。结论 CA724是鉴别诊断胃癌与胃良性疾病的可靠指标。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the differential diagnostic value of serum CA724 on gastric cancer and gastric benign diseases. Methods Chinese medical databases (2011-2014) were searched to collect articles in Chinese which evaluated the diagnostic value of CA724 in patients with gastric cancer. The data were analyzed by using Meta-Disc1.4 software. Meta-analysis of the reported sensitivity and specificity of each study and summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve were performed. Results A total of 9 researches involving 2048 patients were included. The pooled sensitivity and specificity were 42% (39%~45%) and 94% (92%~95%). The area under the SROC curve was 0.8769 (0.7256~1). Conclusion CA724 can be regarded as a valuable marker in the differential diagnosis of gastric cancer and gastric benign diseases.
