摘要：目的 探讨99TcmO4- 平面显像联合SPECT/CT断层显像在肠道异位胃粘膜诊断中的增益价值。方法 33例患儿行99TcmO4- 异位胃粘膜平面显像，26例行平面显像联合SPECT/CT局部断层显像，以临床结果进行为评价标准，评价断层显像在异位胃粘膜显像中增益价值。结果 在所有59例患儿的显像中，33例动态平面异位胃粘膜显像的灵敏度、特异度及正确性分别为66.67%、33.33%、54.55%；而平面显像联合断层显像的灵敏度、特异度及正确性分别为85.71%、91.67%、88.46%，两组间的灵敏度没有统计学差异，特异度及正确率有统计学差异。结论99TcmO4- 异位胃粘膜平面显像联合SPECT/CT断层显像能明显提高诊断的特异性及正确性，减少临床不必要的手术治疗。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the extra value of 99TcmO4- planar imaging combined SPECT/CT tomography imaging in the diagnosis of ectopic gastric mucosa. Methods 99TcmO4- planar imaging and 99TcmO4- planar imaging combined SPECT/CT tomography imaging were performed separately on 33 and 26 children suspected ectopic gastric mucosa. The extra value of SPECT/CT tomography imaging was evaluated in the diagnosis of ectopic gastric mucosa by referring to clinical result. Results In all 59 cases, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of 99TcmO4- planar imaging vs 99TcmO4- planar imaging combined SPECT/CT tomography imaging in the diagnosis of ectopic gastric mucosa are 66.67%, 33.33%, 54.55% vs 85.71%, 91.67%, 88.46% respectively. The specificity and accuracy rate between the two groups were significantly different while sensitivity was not statistically significant. Conclusion The 99TcmO4- planar imaging combined SPECT/CT tomography imaging may improve the specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of ectopic gastric mucosa and reduce unnecessary surgical treatment.
