摘要：目的 探讨妊娠期妇女血清中乙肝病毒（HBV DNA）与前S1抗原（PreS1Ag）表达的相关性。方法 以2013年1月至2014年1月在本院进行乙肝病毒（HBV DNA）检测的558例妊娠期妇女为研究对象，采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测血清中HBV DNA表达载量，酶联免疫法检测血清中PreS1Ag的表达。结果 221例HBV DNA阳性标本中，PreS1Ag的阳性率为88.6%（196/221），阴性率为11.4%（25/221）；337例HBV DNA阴性标本中，PreS1Ag的阳性率为56.9%（192/337），阴性率为43.1%（145/337），其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在HBV DNA阳性的标本中，随着病毒载量递增，PreS1Ag阳性率并未升高（P>0.05）。结论 HBV DNA的表达与PreS1Ag阳性率具有一定的相关性，但病毒载量与PreS1Ag阳性率不相关，HBsAg／HBeAg／HBc 三项阳性（俗称“大三阳”）模式中HBV DNA 与PreS1Ag表达具有相关性。HBsAg／抗HBe／抗HBc 三项阳性（俗称“小三阳”）模式中HBV DNA 与PreS1Ag表达无相关性。提示对于小三阳的妊娠期女性HBV DNA监测更具临床意义。

Abstract：Objective To investigate correlation between hepatitis B virus genome viral load and PreS1Ag in pregnancy women. Methods 558 cases of pregnancy women were involved in this study, and the levels of HBV DNA were detected by PCR technique and PreS1Ag were detected by enzyme linked immunoassay. Results The PreS1Ag positive rate was 88.6% in 221 HBV DNA positive cases and the PreS1Ag positive rate was 56.9% in 337 HBV DNA negative cases (P<0.05). The positive rate of PreS1Ag was not increased with the HBV DNA increasing in the HBV DNA positive samples. There was correlation between positive rate of HBV DNA and PreS1Ag, but no correlation between hepatitis B virus genome viral load and PreS1Ag. There is correlation between positive rate of HBV DNA and PreS1Ag in the samples which the model was HBsAg, HBeAg and HBc positive. There was no correlation between positive rate of HBV DNA and PreS1Ag in the samples which the model was HBsAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive. Conclusion The results in this study suggest that HBV DNA test are more important in the pregnancy women who have HBsAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive.
