摘要

摘要:目的  探讨多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)患者血清硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)及总睾酮(TT)与血脂异常的关系。方法  选择在我院就诊的未经过药物治疗的PCOS患者219例,分别检测其血清DHEAS、TT及血脂相关指标,并对其进行统计分析。结果  TT高值组的BMI、DHEAS、CHOL、LDL-C 及ApoB明显高于TT低值组, 具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DHEAS高值组的ApoA I明显高于DHEAS低值组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清TT水平与BMI、DHEAS、CHOL、LDL-C 及ApoB正相关,而与年龄负相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DHEAS水平与TT、HDL-C及ApoA I正相关, 而与ApoB负相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  高水平DHEAS常与较好的脂类代谢参数相关联,而恰恰相反,高水平TT常与较差的脂类代谢参数相关联。在预测PCOS患者发生血脂异常及冠心病的危险时,要区分不同来源的雄激素的不同意义。

Abstract

Abstract: Objectives To study the association of endocrine dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) and total testosterone (TT) parameters with dyslipidemia in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Two hundred and nineteen untreated women with PCOS were enrolled .The levels of serum DHEAS, TT and lipid profiles were measured and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The BMI, DHEAS, total cholesterol (CHOL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and apolipoprotein-B (ApoB) levels in the higher TT Group were significantly higher than that of the lower TT group (P < 0.05). The apolipoprotein-A (ApoA I) level was significantly higher in the higher DHEAS Group compared with the lower DHEAS group (P < 0.05). The TT level was positively correlated with the BMI, DHEAS, CHOL, LDL-C and ApoB levels, but inversely related to age(P<0.05). The DHEAS level was positively correlated with the TT, HDL-C and ApoA I levels, but inversely related to ApoB level(P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggest high DHEAS level was associated with better lipid profiles, whereas high TT level was associated with poor lipid profiles. It is important to make a distinction between adrenal and ovarian hyperandrogenism when evaluating dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease in PCOS.
