摘要: 妊娠期甲状腺疾病是内分泌领域的关注和研究热点之一。妊娠期妇女的甲状腺疾病不仅会导致不良妊娠结局，同时会损害胎儿脑神经发育以及降低后代的智商水平。为了更好地应对妊娠期甲状腺疾病的诊断及治疗，本文综述了妊娠期母体甲状腺功能诊断价值以及甲状腺激素受妊娠影响的变化，并对妊娠期常见甲状腺疾病的诊断与治疗给予初步建议。

Abstract: Thyroid disease during pregnancy is one of the focus of the medical profession in the field of endocrinology. Pregnant women with thyroid disease will not only face to adverse pregnancy outcomes, and it will damage the fetal brain development and lower IQ level of future generations. In order to better cope with the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease during pregnancy, we review the maternal thyroid function during pregnancy and changes in thyroid hormone diagnostic value affected by pregnancy, and we also offer a preliminary proposal to pregnancy diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases.
