目的 应用彩色多普勒超声检测甲状腺上动脉收缩期峰值流速（PSV）来观察131I治疗Graves 病患者用药前后的变化，结合血清甲状腺激素水平的变化，探讨甲状腺上动脉对Graves病131I治疗效果的作用。方法 将70例Graves病患者口服131I治疗前检测PSV结果定为I组，治疗后 3个月检测PSV结果定为II组，观察甲状腺上动脉PSV血流情况，并结合临床症状和血清甲状腺激素水平分析。结果 口服131I治疗后3个月均进行血清甲状腺激素五项测定，绝大多数患者可达正常甲状腺机能水平，同时进行彩超复查。I组PSV为左叶(79.48±31.53)cm/s、右叶（85.25±33.36）cm/s，II组PSV为左叶（41.72±16.68）cm/s、右叶（45.37±18.02）cm/s，两组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；两组甲状腺上动脉PSV、血清甲状腺激素水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01，P<0.05)。结论 彩超能较准确地测量甲状腺上动脉PSV对Graves病的诊断以及131I治疗效果的评估作用，有十分重要的临床意义。本研究为临床131I治疗 Graves病提供一种参考方法，可指导临床调整治疗方案。

Objective To explore thyroid glands changes of hyperthyroidism patients before and after 131I treatment by using Color Doppler Ultrasound to measure superior thyroid artery peak systolic velocity (PSV), and the changes of serum thyroid hormone levels to determine the 131I treatment effect in Graves’s diseases. Methods 35 patients with Graves’s diseases were examined by color Doppler Ultrasonography before administration of 131I and 3 months after the treatment. The changes of serum thyroid hormone levels were also measured. Results The serum thyroid hormone levels returned to normal at three month after 131I treatment. There was statistically difference in PSV and serum thyroid hormones before and three months after 131I treatment (P<0.01，P<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler Ultrasonography is an effective method in PSV measurement. It could be used for the evaluation of 131I therapeutic efficacy of Graver's disease.
