目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine，Hcy)及胱抑素-C（cystatin，Cys-C）联检与妊娠性肾病综合症的相关性。方法 分别测定妊娠性糖尿病伴肾病组46例、妊娠性糖尿病不伴肾病组58例、健康对照组50例的Hcy与Cys-C水平，并进行分析比对。 结果 在糖尿病伴肾病组、糖尿病不伴肾病组与健康对照组之间，Cys-C水平的差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05)；Hcy水平在糖尿病伴肾病组与糖尿病不伴肾病组间差异有统计学意义 （P<0.05），在糖尿病伴肾病组与健康对照组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)，在糖尿病不伴肾病组与健康对照组间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hcy与Cys-C联检，提示糖尿病开始向肾损伤发展，给临床发出危险信号，有助于糖尿病肾病的病情严重程度评估。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the combined detection of homocysteine（Hcy） and cystain-C（Cyc-C）with gestational nephrotic syndrome. Methods The serum levels of Hcy and Cyc-C in 23 cases of gestational diabetes with nephropathy, 58 cases of gestational diabetes without nephropathy group and 50 cases of health controls were detected. Results There were significantly difference on Cys-C levels between gestational diabetics with nephropathy group, without nephropathy group and normal control (P<0.05). There were significantly difference on Hcy levels between gestational diabetics with nephropathy group and without nephropathy group (P<0.05), between gestational diabetics with nephropathy group and health control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum levels of Hcy and Cys-C could play an important role in the assessment of the severity of diabetic nephropathy.
