摘要

摘要:抗生素产生菌编码抗生素耐药基因以保护自身免受它们产生的生物活性分子的损伤。通常情况下,耐药基因的表达往往先于或伴随其它合成基因的表达,且与抗生素生物合成基因密切相关;此外,耐药基因也可通过抗生素本身或生物合成途径的中间产物进行激活。将抗生素耐药基因产生途径与抗生素的合成偶联起来的调节机制是多元复杂性的,它与临床上抗生素耐药性的产生有潜在的关联性。

Abstract

Abstract: Antibiotic-producing bacteria encode antibiotic resistance genes protect themselves from the biologically active molecules which they produced. Typically, the drug resistance gene expression is either in advance of or concomitantly with biosynthesis of other synthetic genes; in addition, drug resistance genes can be activated by their cognate antibiotics or by intermediate molecules from their biosynthetic pathways. The antibiotic resistance genes produce antibiotic synthesis pathway and regulatory mechanisms are coupled together diverse complexity, and it is relevant to the origins of clinical antibiotic resistance in clinical potential relevance.
