摘要

目的 探讨肺癌患者化疗前后血清NSE、NO/NOS、IGF-Ⅱ含量的变化及临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫分析法和化学法,分别检测36例肺癌患者化疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、一氧化氮/一氧化氮合酶、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ的含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 肺癌患者化疗前血清NSE、NO/NOS、IGF-Ⅱ水平均非常显著地高于正常人组﹙P<0.01﹚,经化疗3个疗程后与正常人比较无显著性差异﹙P﹥0.05﹚,而NO水平则低于正常人﹙P<0.01﹚, 化疗3个疗程后则与正常人比较无显著差异﹙P﹥0.05﹚。结论 检测肺癌患者化疗前后血清NSE、NO/NOS、IGF-Ⅱ含量的变化,与患者的病情发展状况有一定的相关性,具有重要的的临床价值。患者的病情发展状况有一定的相关性,具有重要的的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the potential clinical significance of the change of serum levels of NSE, NO/NOS, IGF-Ⅱbefore and after chemotherapy among Lung cancer patients. Method The serum concentration of NSE, NO/NOS and IGF-Ⅱin 36 lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy and 35 normal controls were detected by RIA and chemical method. Results The serum concentrations of NSE, NO/NOS and IGF-Ⅱin lung cancer patients before chemotherapy were significant higher than those of normal controls (P< 0.01), while there were no statistical difference between lung cancer patients after three course of chemotherapy treatment and normal controls (P﹥0.05). In contrast, the serum concentrations of NO in lung cancer patients before chemotherapy were significant lower than those of normal controls (P< 0.01), but there was no significant difference between lung cancer patients after three course of chemotherapy treatment and normal controls (P﹥0.05). Conclusion There is an obvious correlation between the changes of serum NSE, NO/NOS and IGF-Ⅱ levels and the progression of lung cancer patients during chemotherapy, which will provide an important clinical significance for treatment of lung cancer patients.
