目的 了解海南分院外科低年资护士对安全输血的认知情况，为制定提高护士安全输血相关知识水平的措施提供依据。方法 对全院160名低年资护士进行问卷调查。结果 专科与本科学历护士对安全输血认知情况没有差异；各科之间对安全输血认知情况有所不同。结论 随着血液制品技术的发展，护理管理者应重视外科低年资护理人员安全输血相关知识的培训，以保证输血安全。

 Objective To find out mastery of knowledge of safe blood transfusion for surgical nurses with low-seniority, so as to provide the basis for taking measures to improve the level of knowledge about safety of blood transfusion for nurses. Methods 160 nurses with low-seniority were investigated by questionnaire. Results Educational background had no impact on the cognition of safe blood transfusion, but there were differences among departments. Conclusion With the development of blood products and technology, surgical nurse managers should pay attention on the master of the knowledge about safe blood transfusion for nurses with low-seniority.
