目的 探讨糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退（subclinical hypothyroidism ,SCH）患者血同型半胱氨酸和超敏C-反应蛋白水平变化及意义。方法 将糖尿病合并亚临床甲减患者60例与同期入院糖尿病伴甲状腺功能正常患者120例作为研究对象，比较两组血同型半胱氨酸与超敏C-反应蛋白的变化。结果 糖尿病合并亚临床甲减同型半胱氨酸与超敏-C反应蛋白水平均显著高于糖尿病伴甲状腺功能正常患者（P ＜0.05）。结论 血同型半胱氨酸和超敏-C反应蛋白水平可作为糖尿病合并亚临床甲减患者发生动脉粥样硬化及心血管疾病风险的预测指标之一。

Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum levels of homocysteine and c-reactive protein in diabetic patients with sub-clinical hypothyroidism. Methods The serum levels of homocysteine and c-reactive protein in 60 cases of diabetic patients with sub-clinical hypothyroidism and 120 cases of diabetic patients with normal thyroid function were measured and the difference were analyzed. Results The serum levels of homocysteine and c-reactive protein in diabetic patients with sub-clinical hypothyroidism were significantly higher than that of diabetic patients with normal thyroid function (P < 0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of homocysteine and C-reactive protein can be used as index to predict the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease in diabetic patients with sub-clinical hypothyroidism.
