摘要:目的 了解泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)感染的现状及其对10种药物的敏感情况,为临床合理用药和有效控制感染提供依据。方法 使用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒对泌尿生殖道标本进行支原体检测及药敏试验,回顾性统计分析本院送检的泌尿生殖道感染患者的尿道/宫颈分泌物支原体鉴定及药物敏感情况。结果 从497例标本中检出支原体阳性标本276例,阳性率为55.5%;其阳性标本中Uu 194例(70.3%),Uu+Mh 73例(26.4%),Mh 9例(3.3%)。药敏结果表明,Uu对强力霉素(敏感性为97.4%)、交沙霉素(敏感性为96.4%)、美满霉素(敏感性为94.8%)和阿奇霉素(敏感性为85.1%)较敏感,对环丙沙星和氧氟沙星耐药率较高;Mh对强力霉素、交沙霉素和美满霉素最敏感(敏感性均为100%),对阿奇霉素和罗红霉素耐药率较高。Uu+Mh仅对强力霉素、交沙霉素和美满霉素敏感,对罗红霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星耐药性均较高。结论 本院支原体感染以Uu为主,强力霉素、美满霉素和交沙霉素可作为治疗支原体感染的首选药物。

Abstract

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection status and 10 kinds of drug sensitivity of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) isolated from genitourinary tract secretion,so as to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use and to take effective control of Mycoplasma infection. Methods The Mycoplasma were cultured,identified and counted its antibiotic susceptibility testes, and the Mycoplasma identification and drug sensitivity results of patients with urogenital tract infection of urethral and cervical secretion were reviewed. Results 276 cases were found positive Mycoplasma among 497 cases, accounting for 55.6% of all cases. Among the 276 clinical isolates, 194 cases were Ureaplasma urealyticum positive (70.3%),73 cases with Uu and Mh complicated infection positive (26.4%),9 cases with Mh positive (3.2%). The results of drug sensitivity tests showed that the susceptibility of Uu to doxycycline (97.4%),josamycin (96.4% ),minocycline (94.8%) and azithromycin (85.1%) were relatively higher and lower to ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin. The susceptibility of Mh to doxycycline, josamycin, minocycline were the most sensitive (sensitivity were all 100%) and lower to azithromycin and roxithromycin. Uu+Mh was only sensitive to doxycycline, josamycin and minocycline, high resistance to roxithromycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection is mainly due to Uu infection in our hospital. Doxycycline, minocycline and josamycin are the first choices for the treatment of mycoplasmas infection.
