摘要

氢分子作为一种新型的抗氧化剂对许多疾病都有显著的防治作用。目前其临床应用研究涉及到的疾病包括各类组织器官缺血再灌注损伤、动脉硬化、糖尿病、癌症、阿尔茨海默病等。本文围绕氢气对缺血再灌注损伤、炎症、电辐射致神经系统损伤和代谢综合征等疾病的防治作用及氢分子医学的发展现状和前景等方面进行概述。

Abstract

Hydrogen molecule is a promising selective antioxidant gas with significantly preventive effect for many diseases. Current clinical research comprises many diseases including ischemia, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's disease etc. This paper focuses on hydrogen effects on the prevention of ischemia-reperfusion injury, inflammation, electrical damage and radiation damage of the nervous system diseases such as metabolic syndrome, and the development of the hydrogen molecular medicine and other aspects of the current situation and prospect are overviewed.
