前列腺癌的早期诊断、鉴别诊断目前仍面临许多挑战。前列腺癌基因3 （PCA3）为近年来发现的一种前列腺癌组织高特异性标记物，引起了国内外学者的关注。本文就其分子生物学特性、以及在前列腺癌诊断、治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

Early diagnosis, differential diagnosis of prostate cancer is still facing many challenges. Prostate cancer gene 3 (PCA3) is a highly specific prostate cancer marker found in recent years, and got the attention of domestic and foreign scholars. The progress of molecular biological characteristics of PCA3, and its applications in diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer were reviewed.
