转移和复发是恶性肿瘤最主要的死因。近年研究发现，外周血循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells，CTCs）可成为判断肿瘤预后的重要指标。在提倡个体化治疗的当下，CTC检测可帮助指导临床设计更有效的治疗方案，从而延长患者寿命，提高患者生存率。本文综述CTCs与肿瘤复发转移的关系和CTCs分离富集检测技术研究进展。

Metastasis and recurrence is still the main cause of death in cancer. Recent studies have found that the peripheral blood circulating tumor cells (CTCs) may be taken as an important indicator to determine prognosis. In the moment of promoting individualized treatment, CTC detection can help guide the design of more effective clinical treatment options, thereby prolong patients’ life and improve patients’ survival. In this paper, the mechanisms of tumor recurrence and metastasis, and the technological methods of CTC enrichment and identification are reviewed.
