目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、胱抑素C（CysC）及尿酸（UA）联合检测的临床价值。方法 采用AU2700全自动生化分析仪检测妊娠期糖尿病组50例患者及健康妊娠组60名妇女血清Hcy、CysC及UA浓度，并对结果进行比较。结果 妊娠期糖尿病组患者血清Hcy、CysC及UA浓度明显高于健康妊娠妇女，两组之间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妊娠期糖尿病与血清Hcy、CysC及UA浓度有着密切的关系，可以通过监测血清Hcy、CysC及UA浓度来判断妊娠期糖尿病大血管和微血管损害程度，同时也是妊娠期糖尿病早期肾脏损伤诊断的可靠指标之一。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum homocysteine (Hcy), Cystatin C (CysC) and uric acid (UA) levels in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods The serum levels of Hcy, CysC and UA in 50 gestational diabetes mellitus patients and 60 healthy pregnant women were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Compared with the healthy pregnant women group，the serum levels of Hcy, CysC and UA in patients with gestational diabetes were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion The development of gestational diabetes mellitus is closely related to the serum Hcy, CysC and UA levels. The serum levels of Hcy, CysC and UA can be used to evaluate the macrovascular and microvascular damage in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.
