目的　探讨D-二聚体（D-dimer ）与血清脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]联合检测在糖尿病合并冠心病中的预测价值。方法　选择67例糖尿病合并冠心病患者、57例单纯糖尿病患者与76例健康对照者，分别检测D-二聚体与Lp(a)水平。结果　糖尿病合并冠心病组D-二聚体与Lp(a)水平明显高于单纯糖尿病组和健康对照组，单纯糖尿病组高于健康对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论　联合检测D-二聚体与Lp(a)）有利于早期检测出糖尿病引起的冠心病，延缓冠心病的进展。

Objective To explore the predictive value of combined detection of fibrinogen (D-dimer) and serum lipoprotein a (Lp (a)) in diabetes patients with coronary artery disease. Methods The D-dimer and Lp (a) levels in 67 cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease, 57 cases of patients with diabetes alone and 76 cases of healthy controls were detected. Results The D-dimer and Lp (a) levels in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in the diabetic group and the healthy controls (P<0.05), and the D-dimer and Lp (a) levels in diabetic group were also significantly higher than that of in healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of D-dimer and Lp (a)) is conducive to early diagnosis of coronary heart disease caused by diabetes, and delaying the progress of coronary heart disease.
