目的 探讨血清脂联素在肺癌患者中的临床应用价值。方法 用放射免疫法检测58例肺癌患者和50例健康体检人群的血清脂联素水平。结果 肺癌患者脂联素水平显著低于健康对照组（P＜0.01)； 肺癌分期之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05)；小细胞癌与腺癌和鳞癌比较，血清脂联素水平比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；肺癌远处转移癌组与未远处转移癌组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01)。结论 低血清脂联素水平与肺癌的发生及远处转移相关，脂联素水平测定在未来可能成为肺癌患者预防、诊断和治疗的一个新的血清学指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum adiponectin in patients with lung cancer. Methods The serum adiponectin levels in 58 lung cancer patients and 50 healthy controls were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The serum adiponectin levels in patients with lung cancer were significantly lower than that of in healthy controls（P<0.01). There was no significant difference on serum adiponectin levels between for the lung cancer staging (P>0.05). There was significant difference on serum adiponectin levels between patients with small cell carcinoma and patients with adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05). There was also significant difference on serum adiponectin levels between lung cancer patients with metastasis and without metastasis (P<0.01). Conclusion The serum adiponectin level might be used as a new marker in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of patients with lung cancer.
