目的 探讨甲状腺吸131I率测定和甲状腺99Tcm显像在亚急性甲状腺炎（亚甲炎）诊断中的意义。方法 对比性分析亚甲炎组65例，Graves病组65例和60名正常组的相关检查资料。结果 亚甲炎组甲状腺吸131I率较正常组明显减低，甲状腺99Tcm显像呈放射性分布稀疏或不显影；Graves病组甲状腺吸131I率较正常组明显增高，甲状腺99Tcm显像呈放射性分布弥漫性异常增浓。结论 甲状腺吸131I率测定和甲状腺99Tcm显像能够明显提高亚甲炎诊断的准确性。

Objective To explore the value of thyroid uptake rate of 131I and thyroid imaging with 99Tcm in diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis. Methods The examination results in 65 patients with subacute thyroiditis，65 patients with Graves' disease and 60 cases of normal control group were compared and analyzed. Results The thyroid uptake rate of 131I in patients with subacute thyroiditis was significantly lower than that of normal control, while the thyroid uptake rate of 131I in patients with Graves' disease was significantly higher than that of normal control. The radioactive distribution of thyroid images with 99Tcm were sparse or thyroids were not developing in patients with subacute thyroiditis, on the contrary, the radioactive distribution of thyroid images were progressively increased in patients with Graves' disease. Conclusion The thyroid uptake rate of 131I and the thyroid imaging with 99Tcm are very useful to improve accuracy of diagnosis in patients with subacute thyroiditis.
