摘要: 目的 观察99Tc-亚甲基二膦酸盐（云克）治疗糖尿病并发骨质疏松症的疗效和安全性。方法 58例糖尿病并发骨质疏松症患者，选用云克治疗6个月。比较治疗前后患者疼痛、骨密度、血生化指标的变化，并观察不良反应。结果 经6个月治疗后，患者疼痛明显改善，腰椎、股骨颈和髋部骨密度增加，血清25-羟维生素D3[ 25-（OH）D3]水平升高, 骨型碱性磷酸酶( BAP)水平下降，甲状旁腺素 (PTH)变化不明显，副反应轻微且耐受性好。结论 云克治疗糖尿病并发骨质疏松症疗效显著、安全性好。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect and safety of 99Tc-MDP on diabetes complicated with osteoporosis. Methods 58 diabetic patients complicated with osteoporosis were treated with 99Tc-MDP, and the degree of pain, change of bone mineral density (BMD), bone metabolic biochemical markers and side effect were compared before and after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment, pain of the diabetic patients were relieved and the BMD of lumbar, femoral neck and hip were increased. The serum 25(OH)D3 level in these patients were elevated and bone specific alkaline phosphatase decreased, and no significant changes with parathyroid hormone. The side effects were slight and well tolerated. Conclusion 99Tc-MDP is effective and safe treatment agent for diabetic patients complicated with osteoporosis.
