目的 探讨131I治疗甲亢早期的中医辨证施治干预，以期提高131I治疗早期甲亢患者的生活质量。方法 对131I治疗的甲亢患者，在中医辨证指导下选用中药饮片颗粒治疗两周。结果 131I治疗早期中医辨证治疗，甲亢患者症状明显改善（P<0.05）。结论 通过采取中医辨证施治，实现治疗方案个体化，效果稳定，患者主要症状明显改善。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome intervention by differentiation in the early stage after treatment of hyperthyroidism with 131I. Methods The patients with hyperthyroidism were received 131I therapy and then took 2 weeks of treatment with Chinese medicine granules under the guidance of TCM. Results The patients’ symptoms with Chinese medicine treatment were improved significantly compared with controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The Chinese medicine treatment could improve the symptoms in the early stage after treatment of hyperthyroidism with 131I.
