摘要：目的  用极差检验可比性方案验证两台生化分析仪检测天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)测定结果间的可比性。方法 参照极差检验可比性方案，选用两份合适浓度的标本，对AST在两台生化分析仪上检测结果之间的可比性进行研究，判断不同检测系统之间是否具有可比性。结果 基于生物学变异可比性的评价标准，两个检测系统测定的AST结果所得极差值小于设定的临界差值。结论 两个检测系统AST测定结果具有可比性；极差检验可比性方案是一种简单、实用性很强的可比性验证新方案。

Abstract: Objective To explore the comparability of the AST results analyzed on two biochemistry analyzers and verified through range test. Methods According to the range test comparability scheme, two samples of different AST concentration were selected and analyzed respectively on two biochemistry analyzers to assess the comparability of the detection systems. Results Based on the evaluation standards of the comparable biological variability, the range value obtained by the two detection systems was under acceptable criteria. Conclusion The AST results analyzed by the two detection systems were absolutely comparable, and the range test comparability scheme is simple and eminently practical.
