目的 探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子（TSGF）在结肠癌诊断及术后疗效观察的价值。方法 采用比色法测定的120例结肠癌患者手术前及术后及50名对照组血清中TSGF水平，采用电化学分析的方法分别测定CEA、CA19-9水平并进行比较。结果 与结肠癌术后及对照组相比结肠癌术前的TSGF、CEA、CA19-9水平的差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结肠癌术后及对照组的TSGF、CEA、CA19-9的差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。术前组的TSGF、CEA、CA19-9的阳性率中，TSGF阳性率最高。结论 血清TSGF是对结肠癌的早期诊断及观察疗效具有一定的临床价值, TSGF、CEA、CA19-9三指标的联合检测可提高对结肠癌检测的阳性率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in the prognostic analysis of colon cancer. Methods The serum levels of TSGF, CEA and CA19-9 in 120 patients with colon cancer before and after the operation and 50 health controls were measured. Results The serum levels of TSGF, CEA and CA19-9 with colon cancer preoperative were obviously higher than that of postoperative and health controls (P < 0.01 ) .There were no significant differences between the group of postoperative and health controls. The positive rate of TSGF in the patients preoperative was the highest compared with CEA and CA19-9. Conclusion The serum TSGF is one of the important indicators for the prognosis of colon cancer. Combined measurement of three markers could enhance the positive rate significantly in the diagnosis of colon cancer.
