摘要

目的 探讨血清超氧化物歧化酶在高脂血症人群中不同性别、不同年龄的变化趋势,为评价机体抗氧化的能力提供客观依据。方法 选择811名血脂正常者和803例高脂血症者,分别测定血清超氧化物歧化酶、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,t检验分析探讨不同性别、年龄组之间血清超氧化物歧化酶的差别。结果 高脂血症青年男性、高脂血症中年男性、高脂血症老年男性的血清超氧化物歧化酶含量较相应血脂正常组明显升高;高脂血 症老年男性的血清超氧化物歧化酶含量较高脂血症中青年男性明显降低。高脂血症青年女性、高脂血症中年女性、高脂 血症老年女性的血清超氧化物歧化酶含量较血脂正常对照组明显升高;高脂血症老年女性的血清超氧化物歧化酶含量较 高脂血症中青年女性明显降低。高脂血症女性各年龄组的血清超氧化物歧化酶含量明显低于同年龄组的高脂血症男性。 结论 不同性别、不同年龄的高脂血症人群之间,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。

Abstract

Objective To explore the change tendency of serum superoxide dismutase in patients with hyperlipidemia with different age and gender to evaluate the body’s antioxidant ability. Methods 811 healthy people and 803 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected and the serum superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein- cholesterol and low density lipoprotein - cholesterol were tested respectively. The level of serum SOD with different gender and age groups was compared and analyzed by T- test. Results The serum SOD of young males, middle- aged males and elderly males was significantly increased comparing with the healthy people. The serum SOD of elderly males was significantly lower than young and middle aged males. The serum SOD of young females, middle- aged females and elderly females was significantly increased comparing with the healthy people. The serum SOD of elderly females was significantly lower than young and middle aged females. The serum SOD of females with hyperlipidemia was significantly lower than the males with hyperlipidemia. Conclusion There is a significant difference in the serum SOD in patients with hyperlipidemia with different age and gender.
