Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of Ischemia modified albumin (IMA),Cardiac troponin I (cTnI),Myohemoglobin (MYO) and Creatine kinase isozymes (CK-MB) detection in the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods The serum levels of IMA, cTnI, MYO and CK-MB in 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) at 3 hours after chest pain and in 100 healthy cases were detected. Results There were significantly difference on the IMA, cTnI, MYO and CK-MB between ACS group and control group (P<0.05). The areas under ROC curve in ACS group was lower than cTnI, but higher than MYO and CK-MB. Conclusion The combined detection of IMA, cTnI, MYO and CK-MB in acute coronary syndrome have a significant clinical value in the early diagnosis of ACS.
