Objectives To evaluate the value of the mometasone furoate in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy. Methods We searched CNKI, VIP Information and Wanfang data base for studies on the mometasone furoate and adenoidal hypertrophy. We also reviewed reference listserv to seek the data missed by our search. Random effects meta-analysis was used to pool data. Results Compared with the control group, the participants with the treatment of mometasone furoate recovered better（P<0.01）. The mometasone furoate group had higher clinical markers（P<0.01）.Conclusion The mometasone furoate could have very high value in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.
