Abstract

Objective To analyze the specific IgE antibodies of the inhalant allergens in the sera of patients with allergic rhinitis and provide a scientific basis for the clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods The inhalant allergens in 785 patients with allergic rhinitis were detected by the specific allergenic antibody IgE test kit and enzyme- labeled instrument. Results The positive rates of the total IgE in 785 patients with allergic rhinitis were 100% . The positive rates of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus were the highest percentage (94. 27% ) among the inhaled allergens, and the orders of positive rates for other inhaled allergens were spring pollen assemblages (60. 64%), summer and autumn pollen assemblages (53. 50%), short ragweed (35. 29% ),fungal combination (30. 45% ),and dog dander (6. 75% ) . Conclusion The climate in Chengde area had its own special features. The dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, spring pollen assemblage and summer & autumn pollen assemblages are the most common inhalant allergens of allergic rhinitis in Chengde area. The patients with allergic rhinitis should try in particular to avoid them in their daily life.
