摘要： 目的 探讨2型糖尿病(T2MD)患者血清CA199水平和糖脂代谢的相关性。方法 收集2012年6月至2013年12月T2MD患者243例，同时选取健康体检者80例作为对照组，分别检测研究对象血中CA199水平及各项糖脂代谢指标，对检测结果进行比较及相关分析。结果 T2DM患者血清CA199水平明显高于对照组，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），血糖控制组血清CA199阳性率明显高于血糖失控组，两组比较具有统计学意义（ =20.16，P<0.05）。T2MD患者CA199水平与HbA1c（r=0.463，P=0.000）及空腹血糖水平（r=0.204，P=0.030）存在相关性。CA199水平与脂代谢指标不存在相关性（P>0.05）。结论 T2MD患者血清CA199与血糖状态密切相关，与脂质谱并未发现相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between CA199 and glucose and lipid metabolic indicators in patents with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2MD). Methods 243 hospitalized patients with T2MD were collected from June 2012 to December 2013. At the same time, 80 healthy individuals were chosen as control. The serum CA199 and metabolic indicators were detected respectively. Results The levels of CA199 in T2MD patients were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects (P<0.05), and the positive rate of CA199 in blood glucose uncontrolled group was significantly higher than those of controlled group（P<0.05）. The serum CA199 level in T2MD was significantly positive correlated with HbA1c（r=0.463，P=0.000）and FPG (r=0.204，P=0.030). There was no correlation found between CA199 and lipid metabolic indicators. Conclusion The Serum CA199 in T2MD patients is closely related to blood glucose level, and the association with lipid spectrum was not found.
