摘要

三种基因PIK3CA、CCL5、Survivin参与多种疾病过程,尤其与癌症关系密切。研究表明,PIK3CA、CCL5、Survivin基因多态性在甲状腺癌的发生、浸润、转移、治疗和预后方面发挥重要作用。

Abstract

PIK3CA, CCL5 and Survivin gene were involved in the processes of many diseases and especially played an important role in cancers. Recent researches showed that PIK3CA, CCL5 and Survivin gene polymorphism have an obvious impact on the tumorigenesis, invasion, metastasis, therapy and prognosis of thyroid cancer.
