摘要

摘要:目的 了解全血标本的储存温度、相应温度下的储存时间对糖化血红蛋白测定结果的影响,探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术测定HbA1c标本的最佳保存方法。方法 随机选取2组共30个研究对象,抽取的标本分为6个模式进行储存,在设定的时间点用HPLC技术测定HbA1c值,测定结果用统计学软件SPSS 18.0进行分析。结果 样品测定值随时间延长而降低。结论 2周内,同样的保存时间下,4℃的保存效果比20℃好。

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To explore the best conservative conditions of full blood samples for glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) measurement by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods 30 full blood samples were randomly divided into 2 groups, and stored at 6 conditions, which included 2 temperatures and 3 conservative times. HbA1c values were determined by using HPLC. Results It was shown by our studies that determined values of HbA1c reduced along with conservative time. Conclusion The full blood stored at 4°C is better than that of at -20°C for the conservation of HbA1c within 2 weeks.
